As it is shameful and disgusting it! What is happening for several years now in Moldova. It is foolish to unbearable and gadkosti. And why? Yes, because the authorities were only those who possess predominantly Moldovan-Romanian language, and nothing else, which is much more important for the prosperity of any country.
